As a Physical Therapist and yoga teacher, Jen loves treating her clients with a holistic approach combining eastern and western philosophies. She specializes in lymphatic massage, physical therapy and dry needling. Clients are treated privately one-on-one using a variety of modalities with the focus on bodywork.
I treat any musculo-skeletal condition. All sessions are one on one and devoted to listening to a clients history of injury or pain, and any prior treatment. I assess each client’s alignment and posture and address any issues with soft tissue and joint mobilization, as well as dry needling.
Dry needling is a treatment that uses filiform needles to penetrate the skin and muscle tissue for the management of neuro-musculo-skeletal pain and movement impairments.
People receive/ask for cupping treatments to address a multitude of issues including help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation, myofascial release and as a type of deep tissue work.
A relaxing technique, Manual Lymphatic Drainage is used to decrease swelling and promote tissue healing. It is very beneficial after surgery or injury. It can also be used to treat lymphedema, a chronic condition common after cancer surgery when the lymph nodes are removed

"Jen is simply magical. I first saw Jen about a year ago while battling Achilles tendinitis and trying to train for triathlon season.
Jen was able to manipulate and ease the pain and tightness that had plagued me for months.
At the end of triathlon season-I started to have shoulder impingement pain from overuse with poor swimming form.
Again, her PT skills along with dry needles and fascia release helped me get back on track.
I started this season stronger than I ever have been before. Most Importantly,
Jen is not out to see you routinely forever. (like some chiropractors and physical therapists I have seen in the past)
She wants to help you get better, show you home exercises to continue to improve your range of motion, (improve your form) and have you back to baseline (or better) quickly and safely.
She isn’t going to string you along for multiple visits that you don’t need. She is absolutely, hands-down the best!!
Highly Recommend ... Jen the magical one. ** each injury took ~3 sessions if my memory serves me correctly."
"Jennifer will take time to look at you holistically to determine what is causing an issue.
She will work with you to correct the underlying problem and provide you with at-home exercises.
Extremely professional & successful treatment. Clear explanation, very friendly. Highly recommend. Thank you Jennifer."
"I just had my first manual therapy & fascia blast session with Jen and it was awesome.
I have pretty bad sciatica and it was so wonderful to have someone pay such attention to getting my body realigned correctly from the inside out.
Highly recommend her sand her work. She provides such a safe environment and SO much knowledge. Can't wait for next session!"
"Jen is amazing! I’ve been a long-time runner but have slacked off the last couple of years to have babies.
When I started back I was feeling great, but started to suffer in my feet and lower legs after trying to increase my distance.
After a few more runs I was in debilitating pain in my feet’s and lower legs. I was concerned I wasn’t going to get back into running at all and it was really discouraging.
I saw Jen once and she told me I’d run the next day- and I did! I saw her a second time the following week and I am literally running again and completely pain free!
I can’t say enough about how amazing Jen was and how much she helped me, and so quickly too!! Thank you, Jen!!"
"Jen knows exactly how to treat my trouble areas by combining soft tissue work with dry needling.
I appreciate the exercises she gives me to work on at home! I highly recommend her!"
"Jen is absolutely amazing. The pain relief that she provided cannot be described with words. Jen eliminated my knee pain and showed me ways to make sure that it didn’t come back.
I have recommended to numerous friends that they see Jen for both preventative and post-injury care.
My Jen Speri Story: I was 19 weeks into my 20-week training program for my first marathon, with long runs of 16 and 18 miles behind me.
One week before my marathon date, I ran 20 miles as part of my training. When I got home, I could barely walk, not from soreness, but from a sharp pain under my knee cap.
My wife immediately recommended going to see Jen (she’s another satisfied client) but I was hesitant. I didn’t think the kind of pain I was feeling could be healed by a PT or a few stretches.
I didn’t want to see a doctor either, I guess I was just in denial that I was probably going to miss my goal of running a marathon.
A few days passed and I was feeling worse, so I decided to go see Jen to see if she could work any miracles.
Let me tell you, Jen is a wizard!! I arrived and walked down to her studio. It was professionally set up, smelled amazing and she had calming music playing in the background.
She got right to work and quickly evaluated me to make a plan after asking where my pain was. After explaining to me what she felt the cause was, I got on the heated table and she started working her magic.
She stretched me out and utilized a dry-needling technique to literally pinpoint my pain. I had no idea what it was…either Google it or ask Jen to explain it to you.
Essentially, when traditional PT techniques are used in unison with dry-needling, it allows the PT to facilitate exponentially more relief and recovery much quicker than typically possible.
To conclude our first session, Jen spoke to me about my muscular structure and what was causing my pain. She showed me some stretches to do at home and provided me with a printout with more detail to take with me.
The result: Jen made it possible for me to run my first marathon! If I had not followed the recommendation of my wife and saw Jen, I’m certain that I would still be in pain.
I actually went back after my marathon to work on some issues I had from running 26.1 miles….soreness that I was glad to have!
I wholeheartedly recommend Jen Speri for your PT needs."
