Services

Physical Therapy
Jen treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Each session is one-on-one and focused on understanding each client’s history of injury or pain, along with any prior treatment.
She assesses alignment and posture, then addresses areas of restriction using soft tissue work, joint mobilization, and dry needling to reduce pain and improve movement.

Dry Needling
Dry needling is a treatment that uses fine, filiform needles to penetrate the skin and muscle tissue to address neuromusculoskeletal pain and movement impairments.

Lymphatic Massage
A relaxing technique, Manual Lymphatic Drainage is used to decrease swelling and promote tissue healing. It is very beneficial after surgery or injury. It can also be used to treat lymphedema, a chronic condition common after cancer surgery when the lymph nodes are removed.

Cupping
Cupping is used to address a variety of concerns, including pain, inflammation, and restricted blood flow. It can also promote relaxation, support myofascial release, and serve as a form of deeper tissue work.

Nutrition
As a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor (CFNC), Jen educates clients on making healthier food choices to support overall wellness.
She may also provide guidance on supplementation and offers access to high-quality products from trusted suppliers, including Pure Encapsulations.
Testimonials
"Jen is absolutely amazing. The pain relief that she provided cannot be described with words. Jen eliminated my knee pain and showed me ways to make sure that it didn’t come back. I have recommended to numerous friends that they see Jen for both preventative and post-injury care."

"Jen is simply magical. I first saw Jen about a year ago while battling Achilles tendinitis and trying to train for triathlon season. Jen was able to manipulate and ease the pain and tightness that had plagued me for months."

"Jen knows exactly how to treat my trouble areas by combining soft tissue work with dry needling. I appreciate the exercises she gives me to work on at home! I highly recommend her!"
